Our family purchased a roof from Pinnacle about two and a half years ago. Everything went fine. After hurricane Milton had passed, I noticed three water spots on our inside living room ceiling. I called Pinnacle and Dan told me he would come out and check our roof. He came out on time and explained possible causes of the water spots. He did an inspection on the roof and found that the caulk around our chimney cap was not sufficient. He repaired the caulk problem and asked me to reinspect the chimney cap annually just to be safe. He was very knowledgeable and receptive to all my questions. His answers were detailed and very informative as he explained how the water spots had appeared. He was very friendly and a total pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I was 100 percent satisfied with Pinnacle's response to my concerns. I will continue to do business with them in the future and would like to publicly thank Dan for all his patience and understanding during our very stressful experience with hurricane Milton.
