Position Overview

Hours: 

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Saturday
  • Hours can vary between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Compensation

Earn 100k to 250k+ Annually!

Position Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating systems, data entry).
  • Willingness To Learn 
  • Drive to want Self Development 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Active listening and problem solving.
  • Patience and empathy are key when dealing with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and professionally.
  • Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
Position Responsibilities
  • Run qualified, warm leads set by our in house team.

  • Perform on site inspections (training provided) and build value driven proposals using our top tier tech stack (RoofSnap, CompanyCam, Jobber).

  • Close deals by educating homeowners on our best in class roofing systems and unmatched warranties.

  • Walk customers through the job process, maintain communication, and earn repeat business through trust and results.

  • Be on site during installs to continue rapport and ensure customer satisfaction and 5-star reviews.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to get on roofs (we’ll train you on safety).

  • Complete onboarding and The Roofing and Solar Alliance certification.

  • Shadow senior reps on live appointments and installs.

  • Learn how to run full cycle sales appointments, from inspection to final payment collection.

  • Start closing and making money fast.
