From start to finish I can’t say enough good things! Doug really took care and was quick to answer any questions I had. You can really tell he knows and cares a lot about people and his job! The roofing team was so professional knocking my roof out in ONE DAY!!! Everything was thoroughly cleaned after so I have no worries with my dogs in the yard after they left. The new roof looks so good and I almost can’t wait for a really bad storm to try it out! Thank you for a seamless and enjoyable process!!

New roof. I opted for the metal roof and am very pleased with it. They did a good job. They offer a variety of color choices and replaced some pieces of plywood as necessary. Also put a layer underneath that helps absorb the sound when it rains. Very responsible company. I had a slight opening gap around the two skylights they had to reinstall and geckos would come in through the opening. I called Pinnacle and they immediately sent someone out to repair and correct the problem. This is a very good company and its employees to deal with.

Pinnacle Roofing Group in Sanford just completed, in two days, a roof on my two-story home. The whole process, from start to finish, was very professional. Beginning with Jon Christie, their Sales Rep. Jon took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He didn’t have to go up on the roof; he used a drone to take many photos to ensure I understood all the problems and damage to my existing roof. The drone even does the measuring! I stopped at their office in Sanford to sign the contract where, again, everyone was most professional and helpful. I was contacted by Marissa in their office, earlier than I expected, about the days for the roof to be completed. Miguel and his crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. and worked diligently on completing my roof. I couldn’t have asked for harder workers. After completion, drone photos were taken and shared with me. Great job!

This is the second time I use Pinnacle Roofing. On both occasions the service was far above the norm for a roofing company. The first time I was looking for a roofing company (two years ago) I called all the main roofing companies in the area to give me a quote. Five showed up over the course of two weeks. Two flat out refused to do the work (a large residential flat roof) and the other three gave me quotes that were exorbitant. I came across Pinnacle Roofing via Google search. Jon Christie was at the property within a couple of hours, and after taking a look at the roof I had a quote within 10 minutes — the first reasonable quoted amount. When I needed a second roof replaced, I did not bother calling anyone else. Price was great, the roof was done within two weeks. Pinnacle Roofing really do take the stress and worry out of having such a big job done.

Pinnacle was the first of several roofing companies that we got estimates from to redo the roof of our large two-story home. Justus made such a great impression that none of the others could match — we felt we had to go through with the other estimates in order to make sure we weren’t overpaying (we weren’t), but we knew after that first meeting that we wanted to go with Justus and Pinnacle. He truly cared about our project and concerns, and followed everything through from start to finish. The two-day installation itself couldn’t have gone better, with all of the installers making sure to protect our landscaping and not leave any trash behind. Before I called Pinnacle Roofing Group I read their reviews and was impressed but based upon my interaction with various contractors I was nervous. I had contacted Pinnacle to see about having my roof replaced. Alex contacted me and we set up an appointment. Alex brought all the information I needed. I was surprised that they could also include insulation in the new roof when installed. With the Florida sun on our roof, insulation is a plus for retention of energy. We were out of town when the project began. Our house sitter informed us that the company was starting work while we were out of town. When we returned, they had almost completed everything. The cleanup was surprising — they walked every inch of the surrounding area for any debris from the work. I am certain this will be a long lasting, good quality roof. I am grateful to Alex and Pinnacle for their dedication to a quality project.
