The day before
Clear driveways if asked, move cars, plan for pets, and secure fragile items near exterior walls. A short prep list the afternoon before keeps the morning from becoming a scramble.
Morning arrival
The crew lead introduces the day. Property protection (catch-all / netting where used) goes in first. The dump trailer is placed so driveway damage risk stays low.
Tear-off and dry-in
Most homes get underlayment the same day so the house is not open overnight. If weather or a hidden deck issue changes that plan, you should hear it the same day, not after the crew is gone.
Noise and access
Expect hammering and foot traffic. Agree on entry points before work starts so the crew is not guessing which gate or side yard is fair game.
Daily update
You should hear from the project side before the crew leaves. That is the Pinnacle Update Promise standard we advertise.
Closeout
Closeout includes a magnetic sweep, a walkthrough, and the warranty registration steps. Ask for those documents before you treat the job as finished.
