What you are looking at

The lead photo looks down the roof in late afternoon light. The shingles read as a light gray blend with darker flecks. A hip, the sloped ridge where two roof planes meet at an outside corner, runs toward the camera. A raised cap with a dark slot on each side marks the end of the ridge vent.

From the side, the roof runs the length of the house over gray-blue lap siding. A small hip sits above a bay corner with two white aluminum awnings, and a white gutter follows the eave. Four white pipe vents stand on the long slope, three near the peak and one lower down. A last frame from the yard shows the same gray-blue siding, the bay awnings and a trimmed hedge below a window.

Two frames look across the roof toward the back yards. One catches the ridge vent cap and a thin metal drip edge along the eave. The other looks over a hip toward a fenced yard and a screened porch.

Up close, the shingle mixes pale silver and gray granules. A pipe vent, the plumbing vent that lets drain gas out of the house, has its white flange flat over the shingles near the gutter. A tapered pipe vent sits above a white gooseneck vent, a hooded cap that lets an exhaust duct out through the roof. Each hole through a roof is a place the flashing has to seal.

The delivery photos in the job file show Atlas Pinnacle Pristine bundles, Pro-Cut starter and hip and ridge caps, and Atlas TruRidge ridge vent boxes. Work-in-progress frames show bare OSB decking, then Atlas Summit 60 synthetic underlayment. Pinnacle's project record lists a shingle reroof finished in February 2026.
